I use a lot of running shoes and have tried on several New Balance styles. If you have a wider fit of shoe/foot, at all, you should order a wide in New Balance, particularly for aerobics or running, as your foot will naturally spread when you do these activities. I think New Balance shoes tend to fit more on the normal to narrow side. If you do not have a problem with width in any other styles that you have tried, you are probably fine with the normal (B) width. I'm not sure if they sell narrow width.
