Usually takes only 10-15 minutes for each feather being fletched onto a shaft. I use an egg timer which is great. Do some other things like taper other shafts, etc. I find this time is sufficient to stabilize the feather enough to add more and turn the fletching jig in position for the nex feather. I wouldn't recommend shooting the arrow until the glue on the last feather has set overnite just to be sure the glue has hardened enough.
