These arrows are a little bit lighter than the Gold tip Pro's. Generally a lighter arrow always fly faster. These arrows are tough but I can't say too much about the gold tips. I have both great and bad stuff about the goldtips so it may just be a luck of the draw if you get good arrows. I have been very impressed with all the redhead arrows that I have shot.Images for this Answer
