Patching the waders?

Details:
I tore my waders on a barbwire fence, 1"x1" "L". Tried following the direction for the patch kit with no results. I hate to turn the iron up higher than recommended. I am thinking about rubber cement or superglue. But I am not sure about the inside Polyester/Rayon (or whatever it is). Amy suggestions?
Thanks?

What size should I order?

Details:
Will wear sweat pants under waders, so probably need extra room. I'm 5' 11", wear 18 1/2 shirt with 35/36" sleeves, 46-48" waist, and 30-32 inseam. The size chart has me challenged.
Regarding boots....I wear a 10 1/2 D dress shoe & sometimes an 11 in a tennis shoe. Go larger to fit stocking foot comfortably in the boot? If so, how much bigger?

Are the booties waterproof?

Details:
These waders would be used by my pastor for baptisms. Would he also have to wear waterproof boots or could he just wear the waders with the attached booties and stay dry?

Thank in advance I'm 5'9" tall and weight 155 lbs. What size would you recommend for me? Fit is very important for me as I will be doing some minor swimming with these on (plan on using a belt and a very good PDF) and I want to make sure they fit well enough to flex, but they are ont too baggy.
Thanks again

A:
So far I haven't found any waders that hold up well in a float tube. The leaks usual occur around the calve area. For some reason kicking in a float tube causes more wear and tear on waders than just standing or wading from shore. My Hodgmans leak the same way. I've had no trouble getting them replaced from Bass Pro when the leak gets too much for me to bare.

I need to order an XL (based on the sizing chart). But what size booties will these be? And what sized shoe/boot to go over them?

A:
they are 9-11 bootie, (I'm a 10) but pull them up, your foot to the front of the neoprene and the extra is on the heel and is soft and goes up your boot when you put in on. Get a boot size bigger then your regular footware.

Get the 3XL, they may look big when you take them out of the box, but you will be a lot more comfy in the water with them on.
