You are supposed to weave the line through each of the four holes and then slide the stop to desired depth. Do yourself a favor and throw these away. Go to a bait shop and buy the ones that look like a dog bone with two holes. Put the line in first hole, twist around and out through second hole.

A:
You put one of the plastic pieces with the four holes in it first, by putting the line through the first hole and then through the last hole. You put the red bead on next and then the slip bobber last. To adjust the bobber you simply pinch the four hole plastic piece together at the top and bottom at the same time to raise or lower it.

Instructions
1. Determine the depth you want to fish, which determines the amount of line below your bobber.
2. Starting at one end and working your way to the other end, thread your line in and out of the bobber stop holes, alternating from top to bottom. Slide bobber stop up to appropriate depth.
3. Slide the bead onto your line.
4. Slide your slip bobber onto your line.
5. Tie on jig/hook.
