i would go with an ewg hook in super line, in 5/0. frogs get in some nasty places, so you want a strong hook to pull them out. the finesse might be too light.
i use the bigger sizes. if you don't feel the bite right away or its a smaller fish they can get gut hooked pretty easy. i learned this the hard way and went through a whole pack of hooks in one day. with the bigger hooks i don't think its happened once. i even use wide gaps in smaller sizes but they aren't as weedless.
Use a Gammy EWG hook and thread it texas, make sure the top on the hook is paralell to the back of the lure, then skin hook it lightly to make it weedless. You can google it on the internet for texas rigging and they will show you diagrams of how to do it.
