I'm using an 1/8oz jig head (red) with this, and that rig works great.

A:
I prefer the jig head. I fish some Texas rigs and do very will with this set up, however I have found that the leadhead jig help keep the bait swimming correctly and make's it look like the real thing.

A:
Yes ! If you match the colors with what their normal prey looks like it should catch snook for you. also make sure that you match the right color with the water clarity. If you do these two things you should catch fish.

Yes, flip it under mangroves and docks with just enough weight to let it fall slowly. A swimming or jerking retrieve will get you a strike. Hang On!

A:
They don't melt or stick together so long as you only keep them with 3X Soft Plastics.

I don't get the 2 tone colors that have a weak joint at the tail.

But the solid colors are the BEST and you can't beat the softness of the tail action and the durability of these baits. Even VS toothy critters.

The best solution I've found in avoiding this problem is to keep them stored in their original bag. Take the time to remove the hook/jig and place it back into the original bag. Don't store any metal or "regular" plastics in with them. Remove the air in the bag, roll it and place it in your box if you wish. Or you can remove the dividers from a Bass Pro Shops XPS Spinnerbait Box (or similar box) and store multiple bags in it.
