Not sure if it is exactly 4.5' long but it's close to it, if not. It is about 8" wide, weighs 1 lb as a guess. My 11 month old son can push it around so its not that heavy. And he rolls on it all the time, and doesn't hit the floor underneath it so the padding is actually pretty good for a toy.

The trout weighs (approximately) a maximum of 3 to 3 1/2 lbs. It's about 1 foot thick with padding and about 1 to 1 to 1-1/2 feet tall.
