It does not have tie downs but is weighted down with water. One could epoxy on tie downs if you thought that was required.

I'm looking for something to setup outside my popup camper for use with the outside shower for a 6 and 8 year old (possibly myself). Is there a way for the hose to fit through somewhere in this PUP? thanks
