A:
Texas Rig all the way. I dont really use the wacky rig that much, but this hook is definitely made for texas rigging. I use it on lizards, worms, and topwater frogs. Use this weedless and you should get good hook sets too.

Need a fisherman's opinion

Details:
I don't normally fish soft plastics but I'm going to start. I need to know which hook brand is best. Lazer Sharp, Gamakatsu, Mustad, or Youvella.

Gamakatsu by far is the best. They stay sharp and are durable. They might be pricey, but they're worth it.

People have different preferences with hooks. I prefer Gamakatsu. They are sharp and stay sharp, come in a variety of styles and sizes. I like the EWGs for soft plastics.
