You can use the tubing that
comes with ordinary trail hooks
and treat the string loop as you
would a hook shank. You can
also use a piece of a wide rubber
band as a stopper after you loop
this trailer over the spinner bait
hook...

By putting the hook through the loop. This forms a loop which you slide over your spinner bait hook, pull tight.

I have never had this come off while casting.

No knot needed. You just slip the hook around your hook then back through the loop. These work great

Slide the hook through the loop. The opening then fits over the hook on your spinner bait. Pull tight, tension keeps it in place.

This is used when you want an extra smaller hook on a spinner or buzzbait. You slide the trailer hook through the big hook so if the fish bites the back you can catch it.
