It sure does. There is detent handle to pull and the jack easily swivels. You can mount it on the left or right side of the trailer easily.

This jack is not foldable but cranked all the way up for road travel it is locked in place and out of the way.

There is a detent handle that you pull and it swivels 360 degrees. You can lock it at any four positions.
