Fresh fish not old fish that is the best bait also chicken but make sure it is fresh because it works a lot better

Crawfish like chicken. Go buy a small whole chicken for $5 and spread it out over the whole day or a bit in each trap if you're trapping. I like to use a line and the whole chicken. Toss it in and 15 seconds later pull it out with 15-20 crawfish on it. They love it.Q:

Maby but I highly dout it because shrimp are on the bottoms the come up to feed at night so it probably won't work for shrimp but it would cach something in salt water but u should bait it with some chicken or bait fishA:
Probably not the best trap for shrimp. I would recommend a net instead due to the opening size and ability for the shrimp to enter.A:
