they are aimed at reds, stripers, and blues, and inshore salt usage. the smaller flies like the crease would do great on a 6 wt, but the larger flies would be a bit of a stretch. unless you are an ultralight guy, I would get an 8 or even 9 wt. to flip these heavy wind-resistent flies around.
