It has a metal eye on the back which is kind of tricky to get on a nail/screw.

There is a metal tag on the back with a keyhole shaped cutout to slip over a screw or nail.

there is a small slotted bracket on the back of the fish. it does have an awkward angle to it. also, the hole which your nail or screw goes through to mount to wall is somewhat small. you need a screw or nail with a smaller head.
