Customer Reviews   Description   Outdoor Answers
In 1967, when Fred Young carved the first Big O Crankbait from a block of balsa wood, he created a legacy. When Cotton Cordell began making the Big O, great care was taken to keep the precise action and running depths the same as the balsa model. The fact that after 20 years the Big O is still an active part of "crankbait" history is testimony to this lure's capabilities.

2'' models dive 2'-4'.

A:
I would try out a KVD Square Bill Crankbait. Those lures have great action, and perfect color schemes. They have a silet version and a rattlin version. Go with a Sexy Shad or Sunfish (or whichever you prefer, they all are great). You'll be golden.

A:
I've caught bass on both lures, and also many northern pike. Not sure which catches fish better, they seem pretty even there, but I think the Wiggle O is built better, having retrieved a few Wiggle Warts with only the lip on the end of my line... the body actually separated from it! That's NEVER happened with a Wiggle- O nor a Big O. Also pike and bass seem to really like the chartreuse wiggle/big O

Well, the Big O is the better square bill in my opinion. It catches smallmouths here a lot.

A:
This lure will reach 6' with lighter line, but the realistic depth is 2-4'. Great for banging through timber.
