I'm 6ft, 195 and I wear a large, but I tuck mine in sometimes. A buddy of mine is a little smaller than me and wears an XL and he likes his loose also and never tucks his shirts in. Hope that helps dude.

I would recommend XL
I am 5'10" 230lbs...and the XL is a little snug on me...should fit you great.
