How high can you adjust this grill above the ground? I am a wheelchair bound camper so height of my cooking surface is important.

A:
It's got a 24" stick, so it's a factor of:

1) How soft the ground is.
2) How much weight you will put on the grill
3) How tall is the fire you are making.

Frankly, depending on how wheelchair-bound you maybe, this may not be your cup of chowder. I in the process of determining whether or not it's mine either.

A:
The pole doesnt adjust. The adjustment in height comes from sliding the grill grate up or down the pole. The nice feature is that you can swivel the grate off of the fire so that your arm is not getting burned while rotating your food.

A:
It comes with a 24'' stake. However, the first review indicates you can substitute a longer pole if needed. While not designed for this, the review indicates it can be done, if you need a taller setting.
