just the blades, but you can buy swivels if you need them. make sure that they have ball bearings in them.

Usually what you see in the picture is what you get. If there is a written description of the item, it will provide you with extra product information.

What I do, is purchase some blades separately. They come in a variety of sizes, shapes, colors, etc. This way you can customize your spinner bait, and experiment in your local waters. Keep a log and see which combination catches the most fish.

The dimensions on the XPS 4.5 Colorado blade are 1 1/4" long by 15/16" at it's widest part of the blade.
