A: 
Slide the jig head into the bottom of the tube until you get to the slot at the front of the tube, and then bring the eye through the slot. Then tie your line on.

Slide the eye of the hook up through the tube and push it through the head of the tube prior to attaching your line. the hook will be exposed at the tenacle end of the tube.
