Pond usage

Details: 
would you use these when most fish arent so aggresive but will go for some things in ponds often dont take topwater or frogs
there are big 8 lbs in here but sometimes they dont go after baits that are artifical especxially topwater you think these may still produce
any tips?

Have to try them for yourself but this is a great top water lure and expect it will work more often than not.
