Wow! I posted a review about the Haley Vines jacket and now all of these questions are popping up asking if I know the answer. I am 5'10". I found the Haley Vines stuff at a tradeshow, just saw that it's on the Bass Pro website. They offer a tall inseam length... I'm not sure of the measurements, but mine are perfect... and definitely not high waters. You should check out their stuff.

i'm tall also (5'8") and thin (115lbs) and i have the same problem. i have found that the youth sizes usually work best for me. i usually get a youth XXXL for bibs and this works really well.

I am a tall thin girl as well and i have not found a hunting pant that is not high waters on me either. I think if you wanted a little bit longer you have to do a man's pant but then you don't get the fit you want. Its hard i know

I wear a 35-37" inseam on my pants and I ordered these pants which aren't too bad. They are short but doable.
