These hooks are just as good as the big name brand hooks. Performs just as well, just without the high price. Compared to some brands you even get more hooks for less the money. Good Luck

Yes, these hooks can be used in saltwater but, since they are bronze coated they will rust quickly if not cleaned of properly after bieng used in saltwater.

Yes, any hook can be used in saltwater. Some finishes hold up better in a saltwater environment (Duratin, Seaguard, Nickel, Stainless Steel), but bronze hooks like the snelled hooks you are asking about are used quite a bit in saltwater. Like any item used in a saltwater environment it is important to rinse with freshwater after use, this will prevent corrosion and extend the life of your equipment.
