I don't see any reason why it won't. I installed one in my 2003 Yukon which is the same body. Instead of hooking to the clothes rod hangers I had to go to the rear trim pieces right in front of the the liftgate because of the style clothes rod hangers. By doing this it hangs a good bit lower than the picture on the web site shows, but it has 7 rod&reel combos on it. The instructions are general anyway because of all the different vehicles, but I would definitely give it a try.

it will only hold 6 and how would you attach it to your roof? the screws would stick out and they arent made to go through metal. plus you would most likely develop a leakAnswers

it is very versitile but the narrower the vehicle the more sag you will have, i have a s-10 blazer an it was narrow for it but i just removed 1 outside loop an got it narrowerAnswers

If you have the typical hangar clips above the rear doors and in the cargo area of a SUV then you would remove those and install the clips(supplied) with the same screw you took out for the hangar clip.A:
if you have a suv it can attach to the grab bars or the clothes hanger or you can use the screws to mount them on the trim1 of 1
