These brass, bullet-shaped Coneheads are pre-drilled through the center and are an effective method of getting streamer, saltwater and bass flies down deeper to attract more fish. Details: 
Which size cone head is used for the corresponding hook size. (i. e., you have 3 size cone heads; large, medium & small. Which hook sizes are used with the large cone head? Which for medium? which for small?) Also, what are the diameters and/or weights of each of the 3 cone heads?
There are charts for bead heads & hooks, but I can't find a similar chart for cone heads.

I would say the size of conehead used depends more on the thinkness of the body of the fly rather than the size of the hook. Ofcourse the size of the fly is dependent on size of hook so they work hand in hand.
