Yes, the socks (sleeves) will stretch over scopes. I have several rifles with large scopes on them and all are fitted with the socks. They stretch well and do not tear.

No, I have several scoped rifles, and it will not even fit over my smallest .22 with a small scope on it. Though it covers and protects my shotguns and unscoped rifles perfectly.

yes. they are pretty flexible, but it can get a bit tight. i find it is harder to get them over the scope at first, but will slide right off with no trouble.
