These rack steering systems from Teleflex® combine the precision feel of Rack & Pinion with the ease of 4 turns, lock-to-lock. These systems bolt up to older Teleflex "The Rack" rack-and-pinion dashboard cutouts. Replacing single system with dual requires connection kit from your engine manufacturer. Wheel not included.

Single system will work on 4-cylinder motors only. Will not work on a V-6.

Details: 
Looking to change from clothesline cable system. Cable length would be 14' but the motor 1974 115 Johnson doesn't have the tube on the motor. Need tilt and trim as well.I know that I might have to add a new steering wheel as well. What do I did to purchase for this refit.

Details: 
My outboard "flops 90 degrees" when I let go of steering wheel at trolling speed. Will this steering system fix that problem? Are installation instructions included with this kit? Can I install it without removing my my 90HP Mercury outboard or is a boat dealer/marina required to install it??

I have a PT 175TXW tracker, year 2008 what length of cable will I need to buy to fit this boat. will the steering wheel on the old rotary system fit this rack system.

I own a 1993 Ranger 374V with a Mercury 150 XR6. It already has a dual cable system on it now. If this one fits my boat do I have to change my steering wheel?
