Will these work on single axle bass boat trailers with step fenders?

Details:

I have a 20ft Fisher Bass boat and the trailer fenders on this single axle trailer are long shaped, or in other words, are made with a step in front of and behind the wheel. Will these work with this? I've included a picture just overlook the peeling trailer lol...
