is this a universal fit?

its for a jeep wrangler and i wasent sure if the 3 arms were just for show or if they are actually part of it.

Its a universal fit as far as I know. The three pieces are just on a plastic wheel to keep it outstreched. I put it on my f-150 that has 4 arms and it fits perfectly, nice and snug.

The 3 arms are the shipping container. It is just the cover for the outside of the steering whee.

It is definately a universal fit. However, they are a little difficult to put on so you might need a little help.

It is designed to fit your Jeep. The three arms are just for display. Retailers have to be careful with the "universal fit" description. Some of the mini cars have smaller steering wheels. If you get a steering wheel cover that does not fit snug because of a manufacturing defect or any other reason, do not use it.
