Yes, the canvas can breathe after the waterproofing is dry. Using Waterproofing on jackets and horse blankets is fine. Just make sure the jacket or blanket is dry before exposure to people or horses.

I like to retreat my 100 MPH Coat/Bibs every few years. I believe you used to sell a camp dry product to do that last time I needed it. Is this the replacement for that product? Will this work for my application?

As far as use on rain suits - if the suits are rubber or vinyl, they normally do not need to be waterproofed. It is only fabric rain suits that would benefit from being waterproofed.

I have found a typical adjustable two to three gallon sprayer very easy and much less exhausting than one of those one quart hand sprayer.

I used a air compressor and paint gun with approximately 60 PSI. I covered a boat cover and hunting chair with blind with no problems.

The description says it is good for tents. Some waterproofing I have seen is for Cotton tents, but will not work on nylon. Is this suggested for nylon tents?

Yes, but in this case we advise customers to first test a small amount of the product in an inconspicuous area before treating the entire area.

I have a very large nylon tent, and it is not efficient to spray with the 1 inch spray pattern of a can repellant. Is this material thin enough to spray through a cup gun (ie, like you use to paint cars) ? I have successfully sprayed material as thick as latex housepaint with a little adjustment. Otherwise, what application method is recommended?

A:
Yes it is thin enough but the volume you need to spray seems a bit tedious for the small cup volume.

Yes, but you need to be careful to avoid shearing that can come with using excessive air pressure.
