The Under Armour® ColdGear® Base 2.0 Legging for Men is Under Armour's most versatile relaxed-fit base layer legging, giving you exceptional temperature regulation with maximum moisture transport and minimum bulk. This base layer is a great choice as temperatures start to fall and activity levels begin varying. Constructed of 93% 4.5 oz. Polyester and 7% Elastane, the Base 2.0's mid-weight ColdGear® fabric traps body heat with its brushed inner layer and draws perspiration off the skin to the fast drying outer layer. Flatlock seams and strategic ergonomic seam placement increase comfort and freedom of movement, while reducing abrasion. Yes, I have done it. When I need to layer I usually put a cheap pair of long under on under the UnderArmour but there isn't any reason you couldn't wear two pair of UnderArmour.

Yes but Under Armour leggings do not fit me. They ride too low on my butt. I think they made these unisex and not for the male anatomy.

My husband wears dress slacks and with the fabric they are made of he gets very cold...will his dress slack fabric which can range from polyester and cotton..move freely over the Under Armour. Other insulated underwear create static electricity and then his pants stick to him and they ride up on the insulated undies..can you answer this question for me??

they will move freely under his slacks i wear them under alot of diffrent materials and dont have any problrms

I do this often. These work well under dress slacks but you will likely need to spray the dress slacks with Static-Guard. Otherwise the pants will develop a lot of static & cling to the UnderArmour.

I wear dress slacks with these under-armour pants, and i have no problem with them. Very comfortable. My slacks, and socks stay were they should. In my oponion, I dont think you will have any problems and will love them.
