Designed with two levels of storage, the top level has two, six-compartment tackle trays ideal for weights, bobbers and other tackle. Remove the top storage tray to reveal a larger bulk storage space with a cut-out detail that when removed provides access to the interior of the bucket allowing the 725 Bucket Top StowAway to be used as a live bait bucket, too. A: 
This product is a wrap-around product that will fasten to your bucket (you provide the bucket). There is no top unless you snap on a bucket lid. However, if you store poles in the pockets, they will extend above the top level of the pail, so you wouldn't be able to sit on it.
