Can I fit 2 inside?...

Details:
I need a case that will fit:
1.Baitcast reel (abu garcia revo mgx) on a 6'6" 2 piece abu garcia verdict rod.
2. Spincast reel (quantum exo pti) on a 6'6" 2 piece abu garcia verdict rod.
The total length of the rods is 41".
I don’t need to store the reel attached to the rods, but it would be nice if they did. Do you think it is possible to fit both rods/reels in this case? If not, Is there a 2-rod version of this case? The rods are ultra-lights and the guides on the spinning rod are pretty small. I was thinking of a fly fishing case, but this seems more practical. I need to keep my rods in the trunk of my car and would like some protection...

I dont think so, because the length of the bag alone is only 43 inches. I am guessing that your rod breaks down to pretty close to half the length of 8'3'', which equals roughly 49 inches. Try looking at the tube rod holders , I have noticed they come in larger sizes, but will not hold a reel though.

I believe so, although the padding that surrounds the reel is just soft foam. so I would carry it on instead of checking it.

You will be able to fit no more than one rod and reel in it. Rods with larger eyes will not fit in the tube section of the case.

definatly, you could probably fit two fly rods and reels, but i would go with the fly rod reel case made specifically for that use
