Large would work well for you. I recently ordered an extra based on the review of this item by someone else. I had to send them back and get a large. I have a size 34" waist and a 32" inseam and I wear a size 11 shoe (12 in wading boots). Large will be fine for you and you will really enjoy these waders. They are not the Gore Tex ones, but a very good set of waders with a Great Warranty from an awesome company.
