No. It's heavy but that's what a big fella needs! It's not a pack in cot but if you can drive to camp, you'll love it once you get it set up.

Not a misprint. Due to the quality of materials it does weigh a bit more than standard cots. However the carrying case design makes it easy to lug around.

No, this cot is very heavy! While I have not actually weighed the thing, I have no doubt in my mind that it weighs close to 42 pounds. If they can't get the weight on the cot down, I would at least think that they could put a set of wheels on one end of the carrying bag so you can at least wheel it. It can get very heavy when carrying it long distances!
