The Frabill net is packable and is about 20" closed. Packs in the back of my trout vest. Only takes a second to open the net.

Net is packable and durable for river use. It's about 24" closed. You'll need both hands to deploy.

Yes it is packable, very light, durable and about 14" x 4" folded.
No it would not be practical to open one handed.
