no,the tip has a very small diameter but is reasonably stiff i have caught spotted mackeral to 10lb with very little problem

NO SIR, THE CLEAR TIP IS NOT ON THE INSHORE SERIES AND THE RODS ARE VERY LIGHT-WEIGHT COMPARED TO MOST OF THE UGLY STICK LINE......
