Details:
This backpack looks perfect for me as I usually have to walk a lot to the spots I fish, and always carry extra rods. However, I also fish lots of soft plastics, so if I can't put those in the 360 boxes then it doesn't really matter if it holds 10 or 100 of them. Thanks for any answers.Answers

Have a total of 8 - 360 boxes, many loaded with various plastics and - so far - no problem with any sticking, etc. Can only hold 5 in the Browing 360 tackle box so depending on where I'm going, have to choose which ones to load.Answers

The 360 utility box measures 11" x 7" x 1-3/4". You'll be much happier with the pack if you stick with the box it was designed for.A:
Those boxes are a pretty snug fit, so I'd say they have to be no larger that those boxesA:

i have some field & stream utility boxes and they fit. i don't know the exact dimensions but if these numbers (360, 370 etc.) are universal then yes, they fit. i easily fit 3 in the bottom this past weekend.Details:

I wondered that too and was hesitant to buy it. I got it for a gift...now I will buy one for myself as well. Really nicely made and good quality material. I was afraid it would be thin "chincy" stuff. It's not.A:
It is made in China, where labor is a whole lot cheaper. My guess is you'll have to keep the metal part of the zipper oiled if you use it around saltwater, or it will probably corrode. Also, the PVC on the bottom isn't very thick.But for the most part, it looks reasonably well made, especially for the price.

One possible reason - you have to buy all the plastic boxes separately - at $3.99 each, you're spending an additional ~$40 (10 boxes multiplied by $3.99), bringing the total price to ~$60.
