This product is intneded to clamp to the flat seating areas on jon boats. The seat that you need for your Uncle Bucks pond prowler would be item http://www.basspro.com/Uncle-Bucks®-Pond-Prowler-Boat-Aluminum-Seat-Base/product/30336/-268254. The base does have holes tapped so that you can add your seat directly to the base.

You can attach any padded seat that has a plastic seat bracket on the bottom. Caution: Keep that seat low profile and make SURE you tighten up the bracket with pliers. The one "con" of the bracket is that it will slip. I have had to fish a buddy out of the water because the bracket slipped when he set the hook and he went into the drink!
