A: 
I checked with the manufacturer and they stated it might fit. It would depend how far apart the uprights on his golf cart are. The case is 42” wide and it secures to the vehicle with 3 sets of straps. I attached a drawing with the dimensions. The top webbing straps are each 45” long, the upper side straps are each 32” long, and the lower side straps are each 27” long.

This should help your determine if the straps would be long enough to secure the case to the uprights of his cart.
