A: 
This bag can be sprayed with water proofing. The main compartment is open with no divider. The front pouch has small net pockets.

I don't know the exact material it's made of but it is durable enough for hunting and it's not cheap. No it's not lined and I doubt it's probably not waterproof but unless your submerging it in water it wil be fine. The interior is divided into 2 main compartments. The first one I put my grunt tube, binoculars, mechanical release, rattling bag, and gloves inside. The other front pocket you can fit one or 2 of those items but I just keep a field dressing knife and flashlight there and that compartment has some small cargo netting that separates 2 smaller areas.
