I wear size 16 mickey mouse boots (they are huge) my answer to your question is maybe.) What I have done is gotten the size 16 and in a warm area stretched the heck out of the rubber to get it over the heel and front of my boot and i JUST EAVE IT ON! when the rubber gets cold it's not as easy to get on and almost not possible.

A: 
I bought the XL cleats and put them on my size 10 insulated snow boots and they were a little tough to put on. Then I put them on my street shoes,they fit them also. I would recommend the XL for size 10 on up.
