A: 
Yes, there are 2 on the outside of the bag and 4 on the inside of the bag plus oversized compartments that could hold more. I have .40 cal double stacks for full size Glock and they fit no problem.

Yes, there are 2 individual holders and 1 additional spot that can hold 2 more magazines. I fit a total of 4, 15-round, 9mm magazines in the designated spots. There are also numerous other spaces you could use for the same purpose if you have more than 4 magaizines.

It has 4 magazine puches, 3 of which hold my sig sauer 9mm 15 round magazines plus one larger that will hold an a/r clip.

Yes, there are sevearl magazine holding slots. They will hold any sort of pistol magazines.

Not sure about the outer dimensions maybe someone else can answer that part of your question. The bottom is thick cordura nylon which holds the shape pretty well but is not hard bottomed. The only padding is in the sides for the handguns.

12" x 11" x 9" reinforced, foam-lined, divided main compartment with dual quick-unzip top and hook 'n' loop closure. It can carry 2 gun cases, slots for 3 magazines - nicely configured.
