A:
The cuff straps are nylon and have a simple cinch buckle - the kind you would see on a backpack shoulder strap. They make no noise when pulled. However - the plastic tab at the end does stick out a bit and make noise if you brush up against something. Whenever I moved my bow around i'd always wind up brushing the tab across my arrows or strings and it would make noise. Just something to keep in mind.
