Since this item is not designed to add a fleece jacket it would be best to go up a size. We are not able to recommend but you may find Fleece Jackets online Key Word "Fleece".

Hood

Details: 
What's the deal with the hood on this jacket? There's a velcro strap on the hood and I guess there is some way to roll the hood up and secure it with this strap, but it doesn't look right.

The velcro strap on the back of the hood allows you to pull your hood away from your face while you're wearing it.
