The Power-Ride Gun Rack mounts snugly at the back of the UTV cab. I guess you would be able to mount on the inside but you might not have any headroom that is why they say to mount on the back of the UTV cab. It would be your personal preference.

Yes it holds two guns with scopes, scopes on bottom or upside down. It is very secure and I like the rack.
