A: 
This system is supplied without the arrow, but is very easy to install. All you need is a screwdriver. Most arrows come with a small hole near the back of the arrow. This is where the stop piece is screwed in. I always put a dab of superglue on the screw threads before installing just to be careful. The system can be installed in less than 5 minutes. This system is superior to the ring system and will add speed and accuracy to your shots. Have fun!

Very unlikely. System is recommended for arrow speeds of 145 fps or less, and I don't know of a crossbow that produces that low a speed.
