I am wanting to get this to use with my kids... I know from one of the other questions that you can remove the seats, but can you actually turn them around so that they are facing each other?

Yes. The seats are held in to the boat by the two large side bladders. All you need to do is simply take the seat out and place it where you want within the boat.

It would be easy enough to paddle and room for 2 adults, not much room for extras.

Yes, you can use it for fishing, but note that it does not come with rod holders built in, so if you are going to still fish, you have to put the rod butt in the bottom of the boat and lean on the side.

Depends on how much weight is in the kayak--i use it carrying approximately 270 pounds including equipment and it floats in 18 inches of water easily.

A:
Very stable. It can hold up to 500lbs. The floor has IBeam construction for extra rigidity. It also has two skegs on the bottom, so it tracks better than most kayaks, whether inflatable or solid.

A:
It will run in low water. I would say minimum 2 feet deep depending on how much you weigh and if you have other people.

A:
Yes. This kayak has 2 skegs on the bottom which allows it to track very well whether on flay smooth water or in the wind and waves.
It also has IBeam construction floor for extra rigidity. It also has a self bailing drain so even in waves that come over the side, you don't have to worry about taking on water.

A:
Class 3: Whitewater, medium waves, maybe a 3-5 ft drop, but not much considerable danger. (Skill Level: Experienced paddling skills) Because this is not a rigid vessel, you would want to practice some maneuvering before hitting any rapids.
