3/8 OUNCE IS THE BEST ALL AROUND FOR ME. 1/4 IS GREAT FOR COLD WATER AND 1/2 IS GOOD FOR WATER ABOUT 20 TO 30 FEET. I WOULD RECOMMEND PADDLE TAIL SWIMBAITS BUT FLUKES WOULD WORK ON ALL SIZES. I FISH THE 3/8 FROM 2 FEET TO 30.

Depends on what depth your fishing it,but if i were fishing it from 4 to 15 feet I would use 1/4 oz. Good luck1 of 1
